ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court, with a grievance that even after a direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor in Crl.M.P.No.1430 of 2024 dated 30.04.2024, the respondent Police has not registered any case.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has not co-operated for the enquiry and therefore, the respondent Police has not registered any case. Further, he submits that the respondent police needs 15 more days to proceed with the complaint. 3.The nature of allegation is that the petitioner's husband is having intimacy with another woman and harassing her. Since it is only matrimonial dispute, the respondent Police shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
