This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.07.2017 and take further action.
2. Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the complaint has been closed.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition.
