Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.MURUGAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties The petitioner failed to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.8962 of 2015 dated 07.07.2015. The learned counsel would submit that now sureties are available and he is ready to comply with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.07.2015 in Crl.O.P.No. 8962 of 2015 is extended further for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of amended copy of this order.
