Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVASUBRAMANIAN.A, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioners to relax the 1/3

condition imposed on them by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7546 of 2024, dated 22.05.2024.

2.The Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have complied with the condition for a period of 10 days. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7546 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police once in a week.
