[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 6 not to lay the cement road in S.F.No.904/3, namely, Sri Vinayagar Ariyur Muthusamy, Sri https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kamatchi, Sri Palaniyandavor, Sri Mariamman Kovil, situated at Jegathabi Village, Karur District, under the guise of laying cement road, as per the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2017.

2. Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5, drew our attention to the Peace Committee Meeting, dated 14.07.2017. There is a dispute between two groups, viz., Arunthathiyar Community and Hindu Paraiyar Community. This Writ Petition appears to be a proxy litigation. Further, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the decision arrived at during the said Peace Committee Meeting will be adhered to scrupulously.
