Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent accept the petitioner's building plan approval License Application form in serial number 7379 dated 20.01.2017 on the file of the 4th respondent and scrutinized for granting building plan license after receipt of necessary fees within stipulated period as fixed by this Honourable Court For Petitioner : Mr.A.G.Senthilkumar For R1 : Mr.C.Selvaraj Special Government Pleader For R2 to R4 : Mr. R.Prabu Ramachandran

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to accept the petitioner's building plan approval license application form submitted on 20.01.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.First of all, the present writ petition filed on 24.01.2017 based on her application filed on 20.01.2017, cannot be entertained, as it is a pre-matured attempt of the petitioner in approaching this Court and seeking for such relief. Apart from the above said fact, it is also to be noted that the petitioner cannot seek for a positive mandamus directing the fourth respondent to accept his application. Therefore, on both counts, the present writ petition cannot be entertained.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed, as pre-matured one, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, as and when occasion arise for him to seek appropriate relief. No costs.
