ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14413 of 2020, dated 10.12.2020, thereby directed the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.10 of 2020 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that time granted by this Court was extended subsequently and now, the entire investigation is completed and yet to file a final report. 3.Considering the above, the respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.10 of 2020 within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
