ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to to complete the investigation by appointing any investigating officer or agency for conducting fair investigation, within stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that upon the jurisdiction, the above said investigation is transferred to Salem District Crime Branch, the petitioner is also present before the concerned authority that he would work out remedy before the District Crime Branch, Salem. So, the matter has become infructuous.
