This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) 4310 of 2025, dated 19.02.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Today(13.06.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the complaint of this petitioner has been verified by the respondent police and it was closed as it is a false one. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this contempt petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
