ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by one Mohammed Ethris, who is the 3rd respondent herein.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that representation has been received only on 03.08.2021 and so far, no complaint has been received against this petitioner by the 2nd respondent. On that ground, the matter was directed to be listed today.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that no complaint has been received by the 2nd respondent against this petitioner so far. It appears that only the petitioner gave a complaint to the effect that one Mohammed Ali was involved in sending the petitioner to abroad for job. This petitioner appears to have given money to him, but later, he failed to send the petitioner to abroad. So, on that basis, the aforesaid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10872 of 2021 Mohammed Ali was summoned. It appears that no complaint has been received against this petitioner. So, the question of harassment at the hands of the 2nd respondent may not arise. In respect of the complaint given by this petitioner, he has to appear before the Enquiry Officer, namely, Inspector of Police (Crime Branch), E1 Puthur Police Station, Madurai.
4.With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
