ORDER
The petitioner seeks police protection to him.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4 submits that they objected only considering the drawing of pipeline is for commercial purpose. Now if it is for agriculture purposes only, they do not have any objection.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on either side of the road lies the petitioner's lands and therefore, it is just and necessary to lay down the underground pipeline. Since there is no objection on behalf of the respondent 3 and 4 for now and since the petitioner is said to have obtained all the licences and therefore, they can proceed to lay down the pipeline and if any person is illegally causing hindrance, the respondent police shall grant protection for the petitioner.
