ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct a detailed enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.05.2017. 2.Mr.I.Sabeer Mohamed, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a senior citizen and he purchased 16-1/2 cents of land in Survey No.350/1 in Valuthur Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District, through a registered sale deed in the year 1974. He further submitted that without the knowledge of the petitioner, the lands were sub-divided and issued pattas in favour of the persons, who are not entitled to have no any right in the property. petitioner submitted a representation, dated 22.05.2017 to the respondents. Since no favourable order was passed, the present writ petition is filed by the petitioner.

3.Mr.G.Muthu Kannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration by the respondents. 4.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.05.2017 and pass orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law after providing opportunity to all necessary parties.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
