ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to remove the flex board erected by him in the lands comprised in Survey Nos.405/1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, 406/1,2,3,4,5, 428/2, 425/3, 418/2,3 and 411 situated in Chinna Sooriyur, Sooriyur Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the flex board erected by the third respondent has been removed subsequent to the filing of the writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also got instructions regarding the removal of the flex board. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
