Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's land was acquired. He was also awarded compensation. The petitioner felt aggrieved by the inadequacy of the amount and sought enhancement. The matter is presently pending before the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition is disposed of.
