ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.96 of 2012.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that in this case investigation was completed and the final report has been filed on 18.03.2013 referring the case as 'mistake of fact'. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that no notice was served to the petitioner.
5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate Court and file the appropriate petition as per law.
