No.759 of 2020 dated 13.01.2020 and punish the respondents under the provisions of the contempt of Courts Act.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respoondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of his original appointment i.e., 13.07.1982 on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2016.
