2. The petitioner's mother's name was shown as the joint pattadhar in respect of the petition-mentioned property. The petitioner's mother is no more. The petitioner is her only legal heir. The petitioner came to know that her mother's name has been removed from the revenue record. She wants her name to be included in the place of her mother. In this regard the petitioner had given a petition before the respondent.

3. The respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition is disposed of.
