Challenging the First Information Report registered in Crime No.228 of 2017, dated 13.07.2017 on the file of the third respondent, the present Writ Petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Today, when the Writ Petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that after receipt of the above report filed by the third respondent, the fourth respondent is declined to take any further action to initiate a proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
