ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The respondent police registered a case as against the petitioner in Crime No.150 of 2024 for the offence under Section 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C, filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute, the petitioner along with other accused abused the defacto complainant and also assaulted the defacto complainant and his husband with Aruval and wooden stick and caused injuries.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent strongly opposes to grant bail on the ground that there are three victims and injuries sustained by the victims are grievous in nature and the investigation is pending.

5. Considering the nature of injuries and the stage of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
