[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The writ petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to take action against the respondents 3 to 15 and remove the encroachment.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the Tahsildar had already surveyed the land and initiated proceedings for eviction. In view of the subsequent events, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
