PRAYER :- For a Bail in Crime No.141 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 herein was arrested on 17.02.2020 for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c) r/w Section 20(b)(ii)(c)and 25 of NDPS Act, 1985.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This is the second bail petition. Earlier this Court by an order dated 15.09.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7911 of 2020 had dismissed the bail petition on the ground that the petitioner and A1 were found in possession of 23 Kgs of Ganja, which is commercial quantity, which was seized and that the petitioner is a habitual offender and also having one previous case of similar in nature.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstance of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
