Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file Final Report. The learned Government Advocate submits that within three months, Final Report will be filed.

3. Recording the said submission, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report in the petition mentioned Crime Number within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
