PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Cr.No. 138 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 & A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Section 194(3) of BNSS, 2023, @ Sections 85, 105, 351(2) and 296(b) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.138 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that as on date, the petitioners have not been arrayed as accused in this case in Crime No. 138 of 2026. He would further submit that the petitioners are in-law of the defacto complainant and the respondents are awaiting the report from 2/4
the concerned RDO.
3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
