Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHIK KUMAR.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9880 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.7447 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9880 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022 is modified to that effect the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
