ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents Nos.6 to 16 and allow the petitioner and her family members to use common pathway and rejoin in the village based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2021. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that at the time of filing this writ petition, there was dispute between the parties and now the matter has been settled between them.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents has also represented that already the representation of the petitioner was considered and the matter has been amicably settled between the parties to that effect they also gave statements before the concerned police.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents also admitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. 3/6

5.In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
