This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the First Information Report in Crime No.67 of 2024, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The reasons assigned by the petitioners for dispensing with the production of certified copy of the FIR in Crime No.67 of 2024 are not acceptable. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to move the Criminal Original Petition along with the certified copy, once they obtain the same.
