ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned proceedings in P-1/SIC-NLK/JVK Wires/13/2010, dated 25.09.2020 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct respondents to extend the period till 31.05.2021 for commencing of unit in the Plot No.ODD-10 measuring 3.97 Acres, Pallapatty Revenue Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District allotted to the petitioner vide allotment order dated 18.10.2020 forthwith.

2.After some arguments, Mr.AL.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, having receipt of instructions from the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the first respondent with regard to his grievance and once such representation is given, that may be directed to be considered. Till such time, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner and if it is protected, the petitioner would be satisfied, he contended. 3.Heard, Mr.N.Adithya Vijayalayan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents also.

4.In view of the said submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose this writ petition with the following order:

"that this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by recording the aforestated submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the first respondent, within a period of one week from today and if any such representation is made by the petitioner, it is open to the first respondent to decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. However, till one week period, no further coercive action should be taken against the petitioner, pursuant to the impugned order."

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
