ORDER
The petitioner seeks issuance of 2-C patta. The request made in this writ petition is that action should be taken against the named official for nonissuance of 2-C patta.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader pointed out that the petitioner is a well-to-do person. He is having a cardamom estate. It is stated that the petitioner's father Surulivel was given the award by the President of India. It is the clear stand of the respondent that the petitioner is not entitled to 2-C patta.
3. In these circumstances, the question of taking action against R7 to R9 does not arise at all. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
