This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and her children for their life and limb and for giving Police protection to the petitioner and her children for residing the house property in Door No.68, situated at Veeravanchinatha Nagar, Palayam, Palayam Post, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2022.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 3 to 5 have given trouble to the petitioner for enjoyment of the property. Thereafter, the petitioner gave a complaint before the second respondent Police. Since no action has been taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent Police has conducted enquiry and C.S.R.No.128 of 2022 has been issued. On the enquiry, the fifth respondent namely, Ganesan appeared on 23.06.2022 and gave a statement stating that the petitioner is the sister's daughter and they are residing in their house and the fifth respondent and his wife never interfered in their possession and suit is pending before the Court below and the fifth respondent has given an undertaking that he has not given any problem to the petitioner and hence, the case was closed.
4.On perusal of the materials available on records, it is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 and they are relatives. It is also further seen that the petitioner is the sister's daughter of the fifth respondent. The second respondent Police has conducted enquiry in C.S.R.NO.128 of 2022 and the fifth respondent has given undertaking that he has not interfered the possession of the petitioner and closed the same.
