ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to further investigate in Crime No.28 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The case of the petitioner is that her husband was missed in 2021. For which, she made a complaint before the second respondent police. However, the second respondent police did not conduct the investigation in a proper manner. Hence, the present petition is filed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and trace the petitioner's husband within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation will be completed within a time stipulated by this Court. 2/4

5.In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned court, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
