ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry by interfering into money dispute.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent, which is purely civil in nature, whereas a false complaint has been given by the second respondent. Based on the complaint, the first respondent harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, in respect of money dispute, the petitioner was called for an enquiry. Both of them appeared and they have agreed to approach the civil Court for settling the issue. Recording the same enquiry has been closed.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
