Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned orders issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.34112/2016/E3 dated 10.01.2017 and subsequent proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.3280/2017/E3 dated 14.02.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to relieve the petitioner from the first respondent department to report in his parent department i.e., third respondent department as per Rule 9(b) of the Tamilnadu State and Subordinate Rules.
