ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's various representations dated 15.02.2019, 26.04.2019, 24.01.2020 and 20.03.2020 given in person to the above respondents and also sent through registered post to take necessary action in accordance with law.

2. According to the petitioner, she was appointed as a Nutritional Organizer at Panchayat Union Primary School, Kuruvadi. 1/3

Thereafter, she was transferred to Panchayat Union Middle School, Mozhaiyur. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 15.02.2019 to the first respondent through the second respondent seeking to transfer from the present place viz., Mozhaiyur to Chidambaranathapuram.

Thereafter, she had made several representations dated 26.04.2019, 24.01.2020 and 20.03.2020. However, till date, no orders have been passed on the said representations and the same are pending. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner is still pending with the first respondent, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent, viz., the District Collector to consider the petitioner's last representation dated 20.03.2020, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to send the copy of the said representation along with the copy of this order to the first respondent.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
