PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of declaration declaring that the appointment of the 4th respondent as Village assistant of Narikudi Village in Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District is void abinitio illegal and invalid and consequently to direct the 2nd 3rd respondents to cancel her said appointment and to appoint this petitioner for the said post. 4th respondent. Therefore, the prayer made in the Writ Petition is unsustainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of appointment of the 4th respondent.
