Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants to change her name. Her grievance is that her application has not been accepted by the second respondent.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents categorically states that the Government Branch Press is very much functioning at K.Puthur and that the second respondent can very well be approached for completing the formalities for effecting change of name.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
