ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent to return the petitioner's original driving license. 2.When the writ petition taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent informed the Court that the petitioner's license was suspended for the period from 14.06.2017 to 13.10.2017.
3.The said period has already expired. Therefore, there cannot be any justification in retaining the writ petitioner's license. Therefore, the respondent is directed to return the petitioner's original driving license forthwith. The writ petition is allowed. No costs.
