Prayer in CRP(MD). 217/ 2018 :
To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 22/09/2017 made in R.C.A.No. 1 of 2013 on the file of Rent Controller Appellate Authority, (Sub Court), Theni, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 01/08/2013 made in RCOP.No. 19 of 2006 on the file of Rent Controller, (District Munsif Court), Theni, and allow the Civil Revision Petition.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for M/S.M.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.PALA RAMASAMY, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- On 29.08.2018, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner undertook to clear the arrears of rent within a period of four weeks and he shall continue to pay the monthly rent till 01.08.2019. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition was disposed of.
2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time for payment of arrears of rent, stating that due to communication gap, he could not able to pay the arrears of rent in time.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner is directed to pay the arrears of rent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
