[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement indicating that the petitioner is withdrawing the Writ Petition on account of removal of encroachment in an illegal manner by the first respondent. The learned counsel seeks liberty to approach the civil Court.
