ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 Dindigul, in Cr.M.P.No.15192/2021, dated 23.12.2021 and consequently direct the second respondent to register the First Information Report.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint received in Cr.M.P.No. 15912 of 2021, was forwarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I Dindigul and the same has been investigated. After completion of investigation, the respondent police came to the conclusion that there is no such incident occurred as stated in the complaint. Hence, they closed the same.
3.On a perusal of records, it reveals that a private complaint has been given by the petitioner and it was taken on file by the learned Judicial 2/4
Magistrate No.I, in Cr.M.P.No.15912 of 2021 and forwarded to the respondent police for investigation. After investigation, the respondent police found that there is no such incident took place. Hence, the complaint has been closed.
4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate action upon the closure report.
