2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that after preliminary enquiry conducted by the respondent police, the respondents have closed the case as the dispute is purely civil in nature and hence, this petition may be closed.
