Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16770 of 2018 on 27.09.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.16770 of 2018 on 27.09.2018 regularly and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.16770 of 2018 on 27.09.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 09/11/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
