ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is a sole accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 12 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.9 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The petitioner had earlier moved the anticipatory bail before this Court on 20.08.2020 in CrlO.P.(MD) No. 8681 of 2020 and on 10.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 9536 of 2020 and the same were dismissed. This is the third application for anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.11187 of 2020 the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
