The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent herein has vacated the premises and handed over the 1/3

possession to the petitioner and hence, the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
