O R D E R

This Writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that she gave a complaint to the second respondent. Despite the complaint was given on 27.05.2017 and a representation also was given to the first respondent namely, the higher official regarding the complaint, no action is taken by the second respondent.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was registered in Crime No.97 of 2017 and that therefore, the petitioner may not have any grievance. 5.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
