ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent herein from in any manner harassing the petitioner and his wife at the instance of the 5th respondent herein with regard to the street dogs in his shelter situated at No.7 New Colony Extension, Edamalaipatti, Pudur, Trichy on the basis of the petitioner representation dt. 02.07.2021

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents represented that the fifth respondent gave complaint before the fourth respondent and C.S.R. No.233 of 2021 was given. Based on that complaint fourth respondent called the petitioner as well as the private respondents for enquiry. Apart from that they have not 2/5

harassed the petitioner. During enquiry both the parties appeared before the fourth respondent and after enquiry the same was closed on 02.07.2021 as compromise arrived at between the parties.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the enquiry was closed

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either sides that the matter has been settled between the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 03.08.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No aav 3/5
