O R D E R
This Writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the third respondent from interfering in a civil dispute with regard to sale agreement entered between the petitioner and the fourth respondent with regard to property comprised in S.F.No.217/4C, Madurai District.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.It is represented that the petitioner is being harassed at the instance of fourth respondent with regard to a dispute relating to sale of property of the petitioner. In this connection, it is alleged that the respondent police under the guise of enquiry is trying to help out the fourth respondent. The dispute between the petitioner and fourth respondent is purely civil in nature.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent cannot interfere with the civil dispute. 5.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that though a complaint was received from the fourth respondent, the same was enquired and it was closed after directing parties to approach the Civil Court. 6.In view of the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as no further adjudication is necessary. No costs.
