ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Aggrieved by the non grant of promotion for conduct of Cricket Matches on 27th and 28th May 2023, the petitioner had filed the instant writ petition.

Admittedly, the dates on which the permission was sought for have passed by. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he would submit a fresh application giving future dates for conduct of the Cricket Matches which may be considered by the authorities.

Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh application for conduct of the Cricket Matches on a future date/dates. Upon receipt of the application, the authority shall pass orders thereon within a period of one week from the date of the application as directed by the Division Bench in W.P(MD)No.12535 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023.
