2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition upto 31.05.2024 and during the course of the time, he has involved in another case. Therefore, he was arrested on 01.06.2024. He further submits that now, he is in prison in connection with another case.
