O R D E R
The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the the respondents to rectify the anomalies in the patta and the FMB by surveying the land in S.No.227/9A1 or Neiyaval Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District as per the sale deeds in Document Nos.613 of 2013, dated 9.5.2013 and the sale deeds of the adjacent owners and issue patta based on the Petitioner's representation, dated 22.1.2024. 2.According to the Petitioner, he purchased 2129 sq.ft of land in S.No.237/9A1 under Registered sale deed, dated 9.5.2013 from one Maria Arul and the said property has not been properly described in the FMB maintained by the respondents. Hence a representation was submitted by the Petitioner to the respondents on 22.1.2024 seeking rectification of FMB pertains to the above said survey number. The said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence the present Writ Petition. 2/5
3.Ms.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 22.1.2024 and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
