ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent corporation to sanction the bill amount to the tune of Rs.20,76,000/- for the contract work done by the petitioner to the corporation from 16.02.2015 to 19.12.2015 within a stipulated time frame by this Hon'ble Court. The petitioner also sought a direction to the respondent to pay simple interest at rate of 6% till realization of the bill amount.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
